Last summer in Cleveland for Chisenhall. Hope he can stay healthy and help out and get himself a decent free agent deal next winter.

Good call sending Zimmer down. Surprisingly Greg Allen has made that decision so much easier. Go Greg!

The only downside to this is Allen has only got like 70 AAA at bats. He isn't exactly a finished product himself, I think he can be even better. But he's clearly further along than Zimmer now.
I hate to say it but if Zimmer doesn't get humbled by this demotion and work on shortening up and quickening his swing I have doubts he will ever be a good productive major league hitter.

Want to change to your vote to Frazier over Zimmer?

Eh, I was no fan of Frazier either - - but I do regret losing losing Sheffield!

The price for Andrew Miller and the ride of a lifetime that postseason.4
May need something similar tradewise this season.

I agree. We have the good fortune of some depth among middle infielders who can be useful trade pieces. Maybe among catchers, too.
Or we can make the kind of trade that people used to always call Pete Franklin suggesting: Tomlin and Roberto Perez and Tyler Naquin and Brandon Guyer and Zach McAllister for some star reliever, let's say.

You mean like Brian Giles for Ricardo Rincon?

That is because their pitcher, who is usually throwing Fastballs and giving up the long ball is throwing change up junk and slow curves and has our big swingers tied up as usual when that kind of stuff is thrown at'em.

Brantley beat the shift, now 1-1 they are changing pitchers hopefully this guy does not throw junk.

But Anderson's pulled after the Brantley hit and yield of 1 run [I guess when he's done, he's done] and Jeremy Jeffress comes on.
We could use him: ERA of 0.60, record of 5-0, WHIP of 0.73.
