I usually buy a new keyboard for my desktop PC about three or four times a year.
I eat and drink while on my computer, and occasionally it's easier to buy a keyboard than to clean one.
I taught myself to type on one of those seeming cast iron model typewriters from likely the 1920's.
Later in high school adult ed summer classes on an IBM Selectric I sought to refine my typing skills.
Those IBM Selectric's were a pain in the arse for me.
Keys seemed to move on their own as compared to my trusted cast iron model with keys requiring pressure of an exercise routine.
