Scott Barnes dominates for 5 innings: whiffs 9 while walking one, allows one run on four hits. but Germano allows 3 and Hagadone 2 and Clippers lose 7-4. (With Kyle Smith in LF it's obvious Tim Fedroff has a spot waiting for him in AAA)

Chun Chen plates the go ahead run in the 8th with a double, Aeros win 3-2. Fedroff walks twice, singles, steals two; for the year he's hitting 377 with OPS of 936; for May it's 423 and 1023. Austin Adams works 5, walks 5, fans 5, four hits, 1 unearned run.

Things go right in Kinston, a 9-1 victory. Clayton Cook and RYan landis combine on a 1 hitter. Cook 6 innings, the one hit the one run 4 walks 5 K. Landis perfect 3 innings with 4 K. Casey Frawley hits a grand slam. Roberto Perez 4 hits. Adam Abraham a pair of doubles. Tyler Holt 2 hits and a steal.

Clippers fall 5-2. First loss for Mike Rayl, 3 innings, six hits 1 run. I think there was a rain stoppage(?). Ursehals doubles. Gallas singles.
