You absolutely can't pay a guy in free agency based on his very best work, because it most likely won't be replicated.
Yet that's what his agent will want, and what he likely will get.
The Tribe will not be in on that, and I wouldn't be either. Re-sign Kazmir, and look to move Cabrera if the deal is right. Find a big bat.

I was hoping the Pirates or Reds would make it to the WS. Really don't want the Tigers or Cards again.

I could care less about the Dodgers.

Housing is still cheap compared to the East coast. You can get a house on a nice golf course from 200-400K depending on how fancy you want to get. Golf runs me 3-4K and I play every day.
