26750I'm eager to see Williams get some innings under his belt, stay healthy and rejoint the Guardians rotation. Lively has been a surprisingly effective replacement, but now with Carrasco out and Curry regressing we are one starter short.

26753Stephen Vogt knows what the Rockies and Coors Field can do to a pitching staff. He’s seen it first hand as a catcher for 10 years in the big leagues.
It’s the main reason Eli Morgan joined the Guardians before Tuesday night’s game. Morgan was activated after being on a rehab assignment for Class AAA Columbus, Xzavion Curry was optioned to Columbus to make room on the 26-man roster.

26755They don't a 5th starter until June 8. By then perhaps Carrasco will be available. If not, Curry will have spent the minimum time requried before he can be recalled.

Not to say they can't hit situationally: the first two scored on sac flies, the Guardians' speciality.
