And don't forget that if he DOES get on he can run like the wind.
I totally agree and it's obvious that his value as a defensive CF alone is large. If he could hit just a bit how HUGE could that be for this team?

Far from it I'm guessing! I wish he could hit; I like his defense and he can runs the bases;

That is just crazy - Triston is not endearing himself to anyone with that.

Nice to see your opponent melt down once in a while.

Was interesting to see Triston refer to the crowd being a factor.
A lot of young kids broke in last year with no crowds and apparently that did take pressure off.

This is ridiculous right now regarding starting pitching and with the team actually contending it should be addressed.
Just as an example remember Rick Porcello? This is a veteran pitcher, not even that old, who no one signed. He HAS to be better than what we now have available.
But there's trade options too. Our minors has gluts at middle infield. Look into moving some of that - like San Diego did.

We're back so the Indians get the day off. Rain in the Twin Cities. So we don't need the 5th starter for awhile longer. Let's see if one of the Logan Allens can pitch a good game for Columbus and be primed for the start for the Tribe

5th starter will be needed Thursday. Logan Sr. hasn't pitched for while, waiting for his Indians start, might get a few innings today or tomorrow for the Clipppers

I hope no one here saw the Naylor injury that just happened.
Pop fly to short right and Naylor runs in and collides with Clement who was running out.
Naylor flies through the air (still uninjured) but then lands with his leg pinned back. Completely blew out something - probably his knee.

Fractured leg at the very least the report is.
So we won't be seeing Naylor for quite a long time.
We WILL be seeing a lot more of Harold Ramirez and Zimmer I would imagine.

Old timers remember the Larry Brown-Al Luplow collision; Brown got a broken jaw, can't remember what happened to Luplow
