Indians back to the "get em on, get em over, but don't get em in" mode!
Only one run in 7 innings.

On pace for league MVP. This game won't hurt his chances any. It's going to be very difficult to repeat his first half performance, but, if he does, the possibility exists, especially if the Indians make the playoffs. He's been our MVP the first half of the season. A one-man wrecking crew. To think quite a few wanted to use Jose as trade bait. Hopefully, Jose can continue to keep us in the race until all the stragglers catch up.

Brantley got a hit, too, and Miller got the save!
Have to say the Indians represented themselves very well!

Ramirez is just the second Indian to get two hits and steal a base in the All-Star Game. Lofton did it in 1996.

Well! He wasn't intimidated. I'd like to hear some comments about his experience........who he talked to, what they talked about, etc. If this experience bolsters his second half performance, should be fun to watch.

We're underway in Oakland, and Sonny Gray is indeed pitching.
