Two 3 up 3 down innings and 3 K's for Tomlin. He has heard turds like me talking about cutting his ass and getting a starter and he is saying not so fast my friends.

Zimmer made another great catch in 1st, but only because the ball was hit harder than he thought. Fooled him a bit, but he got back to it.

Guys .. Jose Ramirez is 6th in MLB in batting average. 18th in OBP. And 6th in SLG. ... Yet he has hit 5th in the lineup in the vast majority of the games.

Is there another player in all of baseball who is one of the top hitters in the league and isn't batting in the top 3 or 4 in the batting order?

There are things they could and should be trying to try to help dig the offense out of this funk.

I love Kipnis, you love Kipnis, we all love Kipnis. But due to his shoulder or neck or whatever he is just not himself. I can't remember the last time he hit a ball hard. It's a weak grounder or pop up all the time.

Jose should be batting in the top 3.

Kip should be 9th, or resting on the DL till he gets himself right. Hell, Gonzalez has played very well this year. We'd be better off with him in there than Kip right now.

Who's pitching tomorrow? Cookie or Clevinger?

If there is one complaint about Jose lately it's that he has been over-aggressive on the bases. That is the 3rd time he has got himself thrown out this week. But hard to blame him, offense has been so pathetic. At least he's trying to provide a spark. But you can't make 3rd out at 3rd like that.

I dunno, Gaylord. Sorry! But either one would be fun.

Actually, now that I think about it I'm pretty sure when Kluber came off DL they put Tomlin in between him and Cookie. So I am pretty sure it's Cookie tomorrow.

Loving way Encarnacion is swinging bat tonight. Homer opposite way to right center and then a shot opposite way down RF line for a double. Both just beautiful swings. Triple shy of cycle tonight. I'd bet against it.

Make it 4 times Jose has ran himself into outs on the base paths this week. OK, at first I loved the aggressiveness and trying to get the offense going, but now it's getting ridiculous.

EE hustled and scored from 2nd on that single before the out tho.

Nice to see that the team has finally responded to HB's and my grousing about them!

The hits just keep on coming. Even our so so RF'er gets an RBI double.
