I am a bit older and a bit slower. Kinda like Hafner.

Indians OF Trevor Crowe underwent surgery on his right shoulder yesterday...expected to be out for about four months

Travis Buck will get a full season's opportunity, unless Duncan beats him out when Sizemore returns. Or Chad Huffman gets hot and earns the promotion from Columbus.

What exactly is your definition of "a couple years?"

;)

Welcome back, Daddy Wags!

Happy Opening Day.

I sense the excitement level rising pretty high among Tribe fans based on the immense number of posts.

Not sure I'm gonna like this format. It isn't as if I've brought anything to the table the last few years anyway!!! LOL

Regarding the state of the team, and its appeal to fans, Hafner said, "I think we're in a good spot. We have a lot of young talent. I think the organization, starting this year, has a chance to be really good for a number of years."
Maybe Frank is really Pronk! LOL

0-2 even 0-3 doesn't bother me. Chisox are loaded offensively. We'll catch them in a slump later. Boston sucks for next week, but then comes a West Coast trip and we usually fare poorly there. After that, 16 games against struggling teams (Twins are looking as bad against the BJs as we do against the Sox). Figuring no rainouts, 15-12 for April even though the first 12 games are rough

Give it a shot, STEVE. It's not all that different than what we have now.

I wouldn't go to the games in April either! It gets freaking cold out there at night especially!

The other site is not working well today.
