They should bump EDdie and Ramirez up one spot and drop Santana down to 6th. He's really struggling right now.

Another homer for EE. And another one that was an absolute blue dart.

They need to bump him back up to clean up spot.

I thought EE had another, but off the wall for a double. But Santana hit a solo shot to pull us within one.

John Hart believed that pitching was a crapshoot from year to year, so he loaded up on offense during the "era of champions." He figured if our pitchers could give up less than 5 runs, we would win.

You don't win many scoring 3 runs.

It does help if you load up on Vizquel, Alomar, Thome, Ramirez and down the line....

Bottom line pitching gets injured more often too, which was another Hart theme. Kluber has been out, Carrasco even skipped a start, Salazar..well.... never been the most stable guy.

This team isn't hitting that great or pitching that great, the bullpen and overall talent is saving them.

EE is heating up! He just hit another homer, but it was too high, over the foul pole, so it was called foul. Replays showed it went right over the pole, though!

I agree. I thought it curved right over the pole.

Gonzalez looking really good, in the field and at bat. We have a nice little trade piece there.

You would think that they would have cameras on top of all the foul poles in every park, facing directly toward home. Don't have to be fancy, just good enough to see the path of the balls.
