My guess on 3B is Urshela unless Yandy really tears it up with his bat. Defense is too important for our pitchers. Agree with the rest of your post.

Urshela doubled in 2nd inning today. (of course I favor Yandy but just giving the facts)

Armstrong made opening day roster. I posted about that not long ago. Totally agree with that move. No room for Crockett. With Miller and Logan we have two great lefties. Crockett was given his chance and unfortunately he blew it.

Brantley drove another ball deep. He just jogged cause he thought it was out, but it fell just short of wall in straight center. He ended up with a double, but had he ran out of box an easy triple.

Yandy drives a ball to the gap in right center for an RBI double, plating Brantley.

Chris Antonetti says team is hopeful that Brantley will be in lineup opening day. He is looking good. Barring a set back again I'd say ... nothing, cause I've been known to be a jinx.

Gonzalez hits one the opposite way that bounces off warning track over the wall for a double.

Definitely going to have some trade bait come July.

Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn sitting in the dugout chatting it up with Tito during the game. Pretty cool. Tito is pretty famous for how well he manages professionals. Quinn may be looking to pick his brain.

Brantley lines a hard one just foul down RF line. Hitting ball hard.. Ended up working a walk.

Urshela just singled. Hit the ball hard his last time up too for a fly out. But then he just got doubled off 1st on an easy fly ball to CF with 1 out. Not sure what he was thinking there. Must have thought there was 2 outs.

Kluber has got smacked around today, 3 homers given up so far. But Brewers announcers said he's been working on his changeup and throwing it alot.

Yandy with another hit. Single between 3rd and short. 2-3 with a walk, single and double for him. Similar day for Urshela.

Gotta leave game now. Blue Jackets pregame has started and we're in a playoff push. Gotta get that home ice.

Hillbilly-thanks for those updates, we were not home. boxscore indicates that Shaw still is a possible problem. I can live with either Yandy or Urshela but sure wish they could both have a shot.

Yandy's on base avg is merely .540. If we didn't have a free-spending owner we wouldn't have Encarnacion and Yandy could be a DH/1B. If Brantley hadn't rehabbed successfully Yandy could be our LF. Woe is us.

Since Crockett and Frias and Goody all were optioned, apparently they are not going with an 8 man bullpen until Carrasco is ready. It does possibly mean they'll keep an extra position player.

Carrasco finally gets out of the first. He was pitching batting practice out there. They were really tee'ing off.

Yandy Diaz just hit a 3 run homer to give the Indians the lead!

Opposite field shot, way out in right!

Next time up Yandy lines a rope into center for a base hit. He is now hitting about 500 this spring in 40+ at bats.

I just don't know how you keep this guy off the 25.
