It seems like an inordinate amount of close balls and strikes are not going our way!

I wonder if Pedro Martinez is getting the jitters yet !?!?! When quizzed prior to the game, he said he wanted the Jays to win this one.

3-2 Tribe! The pressure has to be mounting for the Jays. Looks like we're playing relaxed.

Looks like we're taking the crowd out of the game. Let's keep it that way!!!

Wonder if Francona will let Shaw go another inning. Shaw is looking pretty good. That slider looks just like what the doctor ordered against these guys.

I can''t blame Francona for letting Shaw face at least one batter. He was looking real good. Nice try.

WoW! That catch by Crisp just took the wind out of the crowd's sails! Couldn't have come at a better time. I let Allen start the 8th just like I did Shaw to open the 7th. I like Allen't breaking ball against the top of that Toronto lineup.

But Cody can't seem to throw the curve for strikes tonight.

Lindor out at 2nd trying steal. call on field overturned. Never liked the by tagging the runner you force the runner's hand or leg off the bag. It also reinforces don't move til the ump calls time.

One of these days, a really big game will be decided by a stupid replay like that, where the runner at 2nd loses contact for a nanosecond. Only visible in super slo-mo. If it happens to the Skankees, you know MLB will change the rule.

I don't think it's a matter of not throwing strikes as much as it is not giving the hitter any opportunities to put the bat on the ball.

Pedro looks disappointed sitting up there in the booth.
