I dunno how they overturn that call at home. Should have been tied going into 9th.

They say he touched the plate before he was tagged??

Still do not understand why the out call was overturned, evidence was circumstantial.

The call on the field was out. I thought there had to be clear evidence for the call to be overturned. How on earth can anybody say without a shadow of a doubt that he was safe?

And what makes matters worse, the officials word that was given to Indians TV announcers was that he touched home plate before he was tagged.

No way....

If he was tagged he was out, as the pic J.R. posted clearly shows.

We were robbed today.

What kind of gets lost in all this was the throw Naquin made to nail him at the plate. That kid has a great all around game.

Absolutely! As one announcer commented, it shouldn't have even been close. Naquin is a keeper!

Rajai hit for the reverse cycle yesterday.

So who here is responsible for ending the streak?

On the bright side today, at least I don't have Kluber on any fantasy teams.



Hey, this team is READY to come home. This whole thing is all the more remarkable in that it happened largely on a road trip!

Really hurt that Kluber wasn't able to at least suck up some innings for this staff.

I'd posted earlier this past week that a commentator had stated that Kluber had awesome stuff, but that he hadn't learned to get through outings where is stuff wasn't there. Evidence today?

Well, OK, hot streak is over I guess.

Tomorrows game is sold out. Hopefully a night sleeping in their own bed and a sold out crowd will have them ready to go tomorrow.

Well, not exactly:

7 off Gozelanny in 1/3 inning and I except he's not on our staff as of tomorrow
4 off Giminez in his 2 innings and we dont' usually count him as member of the bullpen.

The disappointment was Kluber who is holding down the No. 5 spot on our excellent rotation.

I have my Tribe kitchen towel in the wash so they can start a new streak!
