We may need that run. 2 on 1 out for bad guys.

Well, Tito seems to have a knack for getting his teams to finish strong down the stretch. (That one year in Boston was an aberration.) And now he will have an expanded bullpen the rest of the way. Hopefully, the Tribe can make it interesting and FUN until the end of the season.

Sure is a lot more fun right now JR

You know the team is hot when they go on the road and take out Toronto in game 1.

Crazy as it seems it all started when guys like Almonte, Chisenhall and Tomlin came around.

no reason why they couldn't edge out the pack and make the second wild card slot. 4 games behind Texas with some other teams just ahead first. Not saying they'll do it, but the excellent starting and just enough offense could make it work.

A Sept surge by Santana or Gomes could make a big difference

Whoever coined Rip Van Santana got that right.

Our history dictates that we play 40-50 games next year before the season starts (just our hitters, pitching OK) so that we start really playing well before the all star break instead of after.

that sounds reasonable Lou!

Didn't we actually have another period back there in the earlier summer when everything was clicking, offense and defense? Kipnis leading the way; Moss was hitting homers; Murphy and Raburn were over 300; Bourn might even had a good couple days? it's been a long season.

Great comeback! Gomes with his second homer, then Almonte triples...

Walkoff homer wins it for the Jays in the 10th
