Or is it Ryan Someone Else? Pretty undistinguished bullpen filler.

Didn't take Johnson long to learn the Cleveland Pattented GIDP when bases are loaded with 1 out.

This team is hard enough to watch, but when Kipnis and Brantley is out of the lineup it is damn near impossible.
To enjoy what you're watching, anyway.
At least our pitchers are fun to watch.

Lindor ties it all up with a single with runners on 2nd and 3rd.
Now Johnson is up and hits into his second inning ending double play in a row.
Really dude....at least Swisher would have just struck out.

And again they open the inning with back to back singles.
Urshela hits into a fielders choice.
Almonte gets a single scoring Santana from 3rd.
One out 2 on for Perez....lets see if he can avoid the Double Play.
No he struck out.

Woo hoo!
Tito brings Allen in the 8th in a tight spot, two on and one out. Allen gets the DP. Brilliant move!
(Since it worked!)

As I said to a Yankee-fan friend before the game: Yankees score on homers, for the Indians it takes 3 singles. But at least we managed to get the 3 singles twice to their one solo homer.

In yesterday's starting lineup the Yankees starting nine had a total of 136 homeruns; the Indians' 9 had a total of 38.

thought this might be a matinee but they get to bring the big crowd out tonight. Nearly 20,000 packed the house for the hated Yankees yesterday.

By the way, Chris Johnson actually has very good stats in his career with RISP. Hopefully we won't rub off on him but in his career he has hit .306. And his 3 year average from 12 thru 14 was .321.

and he had been hitting over 300 even this year against lefties. Anyway we knew he would not keep his average at .778.
Bourn and Swisher are now a combined 2-27 for the Braves.
