Kluber couldn't a lead last time out and a couple others recently. He has 3 runs to work with and he's been perfect through 3.

I think he'll hold this lead. We are really bludgeoning Hughes right now. Everything he throws.

Johnson just singled his 2nd at bat. Beautiful job of hitting. Waited back on a slow curve and smacked it the other way.

Johnson is 3 for 3 today including a pair of doubles. That gives him 3 more hits than the Twins have managed in 6 innings against Kluber. Corey has walked one batter. 61 pitches to get 18 outs. He should be able to last about 11 innings today, but I don't think that will be necessary.

Brantley with his 3rd hit today too. Must be up to around .313 now.
