And I'd start with Santana. Most of the guys we want rid of have no value, but we could get something for him. Bring this guy back up.
@IndiansAccounts: @CLBClippers 1B Jesus Aguilar @JAguilarCLE over his last 18 games:
28-78 10R 4(2B) 1(3B) 3HR 18RBI 5BB .359 AVG .393 OBP #Indians

I hate Cabrera and the Tigers more than anybody but this was extremely cool of him.

I don't think Aguillar is going to be much of a major leaguer, but he deserves a shot. I guess.

I don't think so either, but think he could do as well as Santana in every way except walks.

Cool of Miguel, but I would just walk the guy. All the time.

On his third opportunity with men on base Santana came through with a 2 run double. Lindor has added his 1st homer. Carrasco has put only three on base and the Tribe is up 4-0.
Certainly a coincidence that Miggy has the day off.

only 76 pitches for Carlos to work through 6 innings. Perhaps the bullpen guys can get the day off.

Carlos comes unglued in the 7th, fortunately holding a 5 run lead going in. This time it is JD Martinez who clubs a two run homer and after another hit, so do we now get to enjoy the bullpen after trying to eight 8 outs while no allowing two more runs to score?
No, Carlos gets one more shot and he gets out of the inning a quick DP.

Carlos had a bumpy 7th but sure made quick work of them in the 8th.

Gomes brings in 2, Raburn 1 and we run the total to 8 runs. Carlos goes 8. Cody Allen comes in to finish up; hasn't had a chance for a save in awhile.

Yeah.
Detroit digs up the biggest scrub they can find to start today, they bench Miggy. That's how confident they were. And who can blame them?
That'll show 'em.

The Indians are 5-2 this year when I'm in attendance. So if you'd like to see them improve in the standings, buy me some tickets!

Indians fans were dead last. Meaning they made the least mistakes. The smartest of the bunch. So I'm sure we can use big words too.
Tigers fans were 6th on list. 6th worst.
New York Mets fans were the worst. Most mistakes. The dumbest. Which I found funny, considering New Yorkers are the first to look down their noses at people.
