It makes no difference because we scored
ZERO FREAKING RUNS!!!
Yeah there was that.
I quit listening to the game after the 6th inning when it was still only 3-0.
I think at that point we had left 8 runners in scoring position.
8
EIGHT.
Eight runners on 2nd or 3rd base by the 6th inning...and couldn't score a run.
If I were Kluber I'd throw one to the Indians dugout, not just the backstop.

and don't forget Ryan Raburn! Among all those lefties of whom we have too many no one is doing anything much.

I have a hunch that the Indians are going to break out of their funk tonight. I predict they'll score at least 7 runs, and get an outstanding performance by Salazar.

I have a hunch that listening to or watching tonight's game will drive me to depleting my supply of fermented malt beverages.

J.R.:
You're always too pessimistic.
7 runs?
Pffft... Darn near doubled that.
Good job, on both counts!
My lady has been awfully quiet this evening. We watched the game in separate rooms this time. I haven't said anything. ... Yet.

LOL J.R. I made it through the 5th.
I mean the 5th inning, not the Jim Beam. So it was 9-1 when I went to sleep.
Got any stock tips?

If all it takes for the bats to come alive, I will do something to keep me from watching any portion of the game.

House had his 2 months of glory, like lots of other mediocre lefties we've used over the past decade. Time to let him work on his stuff in Columbus and hope he might possibly get it together again.
