I believe Tito is transitioning Hadagone as the next closer. The sooner the better.

I'd be interested in Hagadone closing.
But the quotes from Tito on Allen are all very supportive. And he eagerly brought him back out yesterday with a successful result. Although I did not like the idea of eliminating virtual all backup to Cody by the time he got on the hill.

Yet another very fine start for the Tribe and not just did we fan 15 yesterday but we walked no one. This is the kind of overpowering group of pitchers we have long wanted

Kluber struck out the side in the first but Abreu also homered.

Big second inning for the Tribe: not just did Moss draw a walk, but Murphy followed with a single.
Unfortunately Lonnie and Perez left them where they started.
Why do I hate Chisenhall? Can anyone remind me?

Only 1 K for Kluber in the second but the one hit was harmless.
Indians have their big bats out as usual in support of their Cy Young winner.
BTW: think Bauer can make it 2 Cys in a row? I suppose he'll have to keep the walks down so he can get some complete games to go with his big K total and low ERA. Wins no longer required to win the Cy, see: Felix Hernandez.

We have stranded 5 runners in the last 2 innings. WE NEED BATS!!!

White Sox string together 3 hits and make it 2-0 after 3.
6 hits off Corey so far, but as we know it's the runs, not the hits, that matter.

Murphy leads off the 4th with his 2nd hit and the team's 4th and here's Lonnie and his OPS of .443.

Guess what, two hitters later, Murphy remains anchored to first base.

Ramirez adds another single and this time our outstanding leadoff man leaves the two runners on base.

Bourn for the season is not just 0-8 with runners in scoring position, he's 0-14 with runners on any bases.
Chisenhall is far better: 2-13 with RISP, 4-20 with runners on total.
Kipnis even better: 2--10 with RISP, 3-8 if runner is only on 1st base.
[his avg vs LHP .111/249 OPS while vs RHP: 346 avg; 780 OPS]
