Re: GameTime!™
14824No walks from Bauer in the 3rd, 2 more K. 71 pitches. I don't think he'll get a chance to complete the no=hitter himself.
Re: GameTime!™
14827Fourth inning: 2 more K. That makes 9. No more walks. No hits. Pitch count 82. 1 or 2 more innings for Trevor. He's good for over 100 pitches, but maybe not in his first start. I predict he wins about 18 games this year.
Re: GameTime!™
14828Little Jose with another Tribe homer. 4 runs in one game! This is becoming a laugher. Wojcicechowksi debut not outstanding.
Re: GameTime!™
14830Query: Since the Astros no longer place in the Astrodome why are they still the Astros? Since their home is Minute Maid Field, why not the Houston Maids? Or the Houston O.J.s? Of course for awhile there they could have been the Houston Enrons.
Re: GameTime!™
14831Guess what, they bring in a lefty. And guess what we don't deliver the base runners. Moss remains hitless K's with 2 on and none out. Gomes force out. Murphy lines out.
Re: GameTime!™
14832Official ball game as Trevor sets them down in order in the 5th. Registers strikeout No. 10. That makes 2 Indians double figure strikeout tallies already; granted the Astros batters are world record holders in that department, so are our pitchers.
He's getting more efficient as he goes along. 90 pitches through 5. He certainly gets at least one more inning.

Re: GameTime!™
14833I don't know the answer to your question, but the Astrodome is still around, and they are trying to figure out what to do with it. They had one idea that was voted down last year.civ ollilavad wrote:Query: Since the Astros no longer place in the Astrodome why are they still the Astros? 14834Tribe catches on to the strike out bug. Chis, Perz and Bourn all go down swinging top of 6
Re: GameTime!™
14835Leadoff walk starts the 6th. I don't remember how easy Bauer has been to run on, but with perez back of the plate and down 4 runs, the Astros send the runner and he steals 2nd. Valbuena then pops up for out no. 1.
