Stealing, down by 3! When is the last time you've seen that one from an Indian team? Mike Aviles no less.

Was a good move too. After all, that is scoring position. Tito's the man!
2 run blast by Brantley to narrow it to 6-5. Not over yet.

Lonnie is 4-4 and batting over .500 on the year.

Carrying a few posts where they belong. I posted these comment in the Articles Folder.
1. Two run homer by Brantley narrows the lead by 1.
2. Brantley's been amazing with men on base.
3. Chisenhall is 3-3 today and hitting (.500). 2 of those hits off of Verlander. Is Lonnie the odd man out when Giambi returns. It may be time to consider Lonnie as the starting third baseman until Santana shows up

1 hit in 13 at bats from the top 4 guys in the batting order. That won't get it done!

Collectively on the season I don't think these guys are hitting over (.180). To think the offense was one of my least worries.

Poor throw by Gomes leads to an insurance run for the Tigers.

Nice to see some posts here during the game!
I agree that Salazar should be sent down, and Bauer recalled.

Indians go quietly in the 9th. Scored 5 runs in a Verlander start, but pitching let us down.

Looks like the top 4 or 5 should be sent down

Chisenhall, Lindor, Ramirez, and Aguilar third to first. At least the expectations won't be so high

Does anybody watch the games on TV? Do Swisher and Martinez look as bad as their stats?

Martinez? I think you're a catcher or two behind, Santana is the C/3B who hits into a lot of double plays but doesn't hit much else.
