Denver announcers feel a deal might have been agreed on at the last minute so Jimenez is merely in there until the other guy is ready to take over.

Ubaldo has recently said his lost of velocity this season is caused by his curtailing drastically his off season throwing.

C'mon, Ken, you've followed the Indians long enough to know a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. I guess you are one of the people who didn't want to trade for Pedro Martinez because they insisted on Jaret Wright. That cost us a ring or three. Give me the bird in the hand.
