My friend sent me a link with a view from our seats; it's upper deck just to the OF side of 1st base. This is going to totally screw up my Thursday morning at work, but I'm glad I didn't think before I accepted his offer.

Indians plan on using Salazar and then Masterson. Under best case scenario Salazar goes 6 and Masterson finishes up the final 3. That is the plan.

I worry about Cobb since he has been lights out since his injury.

Hope Francona goes with the Goon squad even vs a righty.

Byrd sends one flying out of the park, and the Bucs take the lead, 1-0

5-1 in the 5th now.
My hopes for an I-71 Series are diminishing by the minute :(

For an elimination game, this is very one-sided! I hope the game tomorrow is like this, with us playing the Pirates' role. But I expect a close game!

WoW! The Reds tanked in the final week. I never saw that one coming.

Say!

I was just doing some lurking on the MLB web site and just realized that we finished only one game behind the Tigers. While we were going 10-0 the Tigers were playing .500 ball. One more loss and we could have been playing for the division title rather than a wild card spot.

I was so wrapped up in the wild card race that I was paying no attention to the gap that was closing between the Tigers and the Indians.

:D

Talk about limping into the playoffs.......Tigers also got no-hit by the Marlins in their final regular season game.
