12812Bourn out trying to steal. Worse news is that he came up lame - maybe a hamstring?

12820I consider myself to be a friend of Cali, (TFiSC), and have not understood the politics that have developed on this site that led to an extremely negative attitude by Cali towards the Tribe. I am saddened that he has not been able to savor the stunning success of this season despite the streaky nature of this team.
My hope is that Cali is celebrating somewhere this wonderful season.

12821Way, way, beyond politics. TFISC is an egotistical, elitist, racist, liar, delusional drunk !
Not my opinion. All you need to do is read his hate filled posts.
I do not see any reason to care whether he enjoyed this season or not. He decided to try to ruin this season for everyone here. The Indians shoved it up his rear end. Beautiful !

12823Jason Kipnis finished 2-for-4 with a walk, run scored and steal in Sunday's 5-1 triumph over the Twins.
Kipnis had a good season in 2012, but 2013 will be remembered as his true breakthrough. The second baseman slashed .284/.366/.452 with 17 homers, 84 RBI, 86 runs and 30 steals in 149 games. It won't take long for his name to be called in spring fantasy drafts.

12825I have to admit this really was a great season. Is this team really only 4 games worse that the 2007 edition? Whatever, a win's a win, a sweep's a sweep, they all count. I have to give some credit to Tampa Bay and Texas for playing tough too (even though TX also got to play HOU)--with 11 games left I thought that 8-3 for the rest of the way might be good enough. Looks like not.
OH--and, gosh, sorry Yankme fans.
