We had a couple of chances to score JR, just couldn't get the clutch hits. I don't want to be trailing and have to face their bullpen from the 7th inning on. Gotta pick up a few runs in the two innings.

Well, we lost two out of three to the Royals last week , scoring just nine runs. And the Royals are hot. They've won 14 of their last 21.

Missed opportunity there. Man on third, 2 outs, but Gomes pops out on the first pitch.

Well, I thought we would come back in this one. That last inning was ugly. It's going to be tough against that Royal bullpen.
