Infield single and a triple gets the A's on top 1-0. Laureano bad jump. Ball hits the grass in front of the warning track and rolls to the wall. Corrasco fans the next guy. Infield still in. 2-run base hit. 2-0. Naylor guns down the base runner. 2 out. Fly to center. Tough inning for Carrasco. Should have gotten out of the inning with no runs scored. End of 1 A's lead it 2-0.

Blackburn, most likely the A's best starting pitcher, sends the Guards down in order. 9 up, 9 down. Middle of 3, A's 2-0. Need Carlos to keep us in the game. This one is shaping up to be a tough one to wiin.

Ruiz triples on a line drive of the bag at first. Man can this guy fly. Didn't take him long to waltz into third. Base hit. Ruiz scores. 3-0. Chopper up the middle. Arias steps on second unleashes one to first for the 6-3 double play. Strike out but the A's add to a 2-0 lead. End of 3, 3-0.

Lead off single. Noda lines out to right. Carrasco nails Langeliers. Runners on first and second with 1 our. Butler flies out. 2 down. Wild pitch. Runners advance. Allen fans to end the inning. Carrasco hanging on by a thread. End of 4. Still 3-0 A's.

Naylor breaks the spell with a base hit. Brennan a force out. Laureano with an infield single. Naylor pops out to second. 2 on, 2 out. Forial walks to load the bases for Arial. Big at bat for Arias. Could be the right man in the right place. Arias pops out to second. Threat is terminated. Blackburn and the A's maintain the 3-0 lead after 5 1/2.

Florial drills one to right. Florial drills one to right. Florial hesitate rounding second, heads to third was called out. Challenge reverses the play. Florial with a triple. Arial grounds out but Florial scores cuttiing the A's lead to 2. Kwan fans. Two down. Gimenez lines a base hit to left.

Gotta head to the Clippers game.
