Las Tunas bids farewell to the regular season of the 61st SNB

Las Tunas defeated the Hurricanes of Mayabeque today10-4 and concluded the qualifying phase of the 61st National Baseball Series with a record of 43-32.
Mayabeque with a record of 40-32 are very close to making sure they're also in the postseason.
Las Tunas had 13 hits good for 10 runs, all earned despite the fact that Mayabeque made three errors in the game.
Manuel Alejandro Ávila was 3-4 with a double and triple; Danel Castro went 2-for-4 with a homer and two RBIs; Andrés de la Cruz and Andrés Quiala each went 2-for-4, and Denis Peña was 2-for-5.
Dennis Laza (5-2), Lazaro Martinez (3-2) and Orlando Lavandera (4-2) stood out for the Mayabeque.
The victory went to Yasel Luis Labrada (7-4), who worked five innings gave up five hits, three runs, two earned and the same number of strikeouts and walks.
The Mayabeque staff used six pitchers in search of victory, and the defeat fell to starter Yadián Martínez, the victim of eight earned runs in 4.2 innings of work.
