Re: Minor Matters
8270This is a tough time of year for a lot of minor league players. As soon as new players are drafted in June, minor leaguers are released. The ones that got big bonuses will get more chances. The others, reach the end of the line.
Re: Minor Matters
8271If Salters is promoted to Columbus, that tells me Mejia is out. What happened?
Re: Minor Matters
8272Mejia is still out with boo boo on forearm. Just brought Salters up to give Haase a day off I assume.

8275Henry Martinez allowed his first AA runs, due in large part to his 2 errors. Karinchak remains at 0 ERA in Lynchburg. Both on potential fast track to Cleveland bullpen.
