Thanks Rusty, but I had last night off and a good night sleep.

Look, we still have to lock up home field. But the guys just went through a long win streak. Got tons of national media. Had to do a bunch of pre game interviews and post game pressers. I just think they might be a little spent. Offense has not been clicking last couple games.

Why not give some guys a break, especially Lindor. And if we happen to lose today and it pushes the celebration back a day then that would be nice for fans.

I can understand if you disagree. Argue with me and tell me we need to lock up division and home field before we go giving guys breaks. I can understand that. Part of me would even agree with you.

But make a snotty comment and roll your eyes?

You know how many times you made ridiculous comments when the team fell behind this year that I could have treated you the same? Or when you were going off the deep end earlier this year when team started slow?

I've disagreed with and/or and disliked things you posted in the past, but I'm certain I never called you a prick.

What if the Indians lose today and tomorrow, and the Twins win both their games? Indians are off tomorrow, then they play in Oakland.

Sure it would be nice to celebrate in front of a big hometown crowd, but they can't make decisions based on that. It was actually nice that the streak ended at home in front of a sellout crowd. To me, the streak meant more than the clinch. We are going to be in the playoffs.

I'd rather play Boston in a 7 game series, but at least we have home field if/when we play them. Fenway is one place where the home team has a real advantage.

Sorry, J.R. But I get those kind of responses from kids at work and I expect it there. Just would expect more from you.

Good news is the offense looks better today. Much better at bats and swings from most of the guys. EE still looks off. I'd like to give him a day. They gave Jose a day today even though he's been great. Might have wanted to rest that wrist a day again. But Lindor and Yandy have been better at the plate today. They looked bad last night.
