Re: GameTime!™
20056When he was with the Scrappers, the radio announcer was already citing him as gold glove caliber defender. That may me his biggest fan and I've been hoping ever since he'd develop as maybe a 270-20-80 hitter. I've read some reports that his vision is so good that no pitch fools him, so he can reach them all and swings at them all, thus resulting in way too few walks and a low average. Does that make sense? Anyway the bat just doesn't seem to make it. If he had enough power to give him a decent slugging average to make up for a low on base pct maybe he'd make it. Not yet and don't know if there's any evidence of offensive improvement over the past couple years since his big league debut
