Well Napoli and Davis are hitting 194 and 206 respectively so not sure how you expect them to help. Be better off hiring a cheerleader crew.

These f'n guys are professionals and they need to figure it out. There is plenty of veteran leadership in the locker room. Couple of them need to step up. This is embarrassing.
