Re: GameTime!™
19611Encarnacion's homer was just the fourth HR in history of Camden Yards to reach 2nd deck.
Re: GameTime!™
19612Shaw giving up the go ahead run, same old shaw, lets hope the bats can answer back.
Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everyone you meet.
Re: GameTime!™
19613Shaw has been doing very well of late. I'm not going to blame him. If Tomlin could go one damn start without giving up 3 homers we would have won this game.
Re: GameTime!™
19614Why does Gomes bat before Zimmer and Jackson? He seems to come up with runners on bases but rarely delivers. We at least need contact in those situations and less probability of a double play.
Re: GameTime!™
19615One of many complaints this year, Lou. Tito needs to get his head out of his rump. He has not impressed this season at all.
Re: GameTime!™
19616As someone who doesnt follow baseball closely, what is with the bunt. It makes no statistical sense but hey old school guys like Tito like it.
Re: GameTime!™
19617Sometimes I like the sac bunt sometimes I don't. If Brantley is on deck I would bunt the two guys over all day long. I trust him to make contact and at least get one home.
I would not sac bunt with Chisenhall when Santana and Gomes are next two batters. Especially with the way Carlos is struggling.
Just another dumb move by Tito lately.
You say what you want, I know the guy has been a good manager, but I think he has absolutely stunk up the joint this year.
