At this time a few days ago we were 2 games out of 1st, now we are 2 games ahead in 1st. Crazy. What a great weekend. I hope it keeps up now. I am worried a bit by our bullpen heading into Camden. Have to think Allen and Miller will not be available tomorrow. Need the starters to start going deeper.

Ramirez should make the "hot" list for the week. In his last 6 games 16 hits...... 2 hits, 3 hits, 3 hits, 3 hits, 2 hit, 3 hits. including 8 doubles and 3 homers. WOW! To think some folks were thinking about trading him.

Ominous looking schedule coming up.....4 at Baltimore, 3 at home vs the Twins, and 4 at home vs Texas then a weekend 4 game set at Detroit including a day/night double header. That's a heavy load!

Just watched the condensed game. Ramirez just missed out on a 4-4 day when his second at bat, a drive to the wall in straightaway center, was run down and caught. When your hot your hot.

Can we play the rest of our home games at Minnesota?

A turning point in this season will be the Twins series. It's almost necessary to sweep that series and I think that will be highly unlikely.
