I'm watching a replay of the game paying special attention to Encarnacion. He's definitely a pull hitter. That last at bat with the bases loaded and one out, Encarnacion had FOUR perfect pitches to hit to right field. He pulled two pitches weakly to third in foul territory. The third he hit to Frazier for the double play. In total, Encarnacion had eight perfect pitches to hit to right field. The results were two strikeouts and two bases loaded double plays.I hope that's b/c he is trying too hard, b/c of his huge contract. That's not the guy we expected when we signed him!
