I'm very glad I watched Maverick.
Theme song by Randy Newman.
The same Randy Newman who did the opening of Major League.

410If you are trying to keep in shape and get the weight down, I'd suggest staying away from great sales on prosciutto and mozzarella combined with nice wines on hand.
But, the afforementioned is a nice way to get through a cold June northern California coastal evening.
I eat so well 85% of the time, but prosciutto and cheese so needs to be consumed....with good wine.

Been there, and done that.
I'm freezing in Northern California as my wife wants to share this mid-June Southern Song.

415I was reading an article about the potential for syphoning off Helium-3 from an other planet and caught this line:
Helium-3 is a trendy new possibility for clean and efficient fusion power, but most of the Earth's supply has long since floated away like a party balloon. To get enough helium-3 to power an interstellar spacecraft (and the rest of the planet for the forseeable future), Project Icarus wants to send floating robotic gas mines to Uranus.
READ ABOUT GAS FROM URANUS
LOL

417I'm getting married in the morning......
(not really, but this is a song I love)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWXQUDfQ ... re=related
I really sang this song to myself before BOTH of my weddings.
And we all lived happily after.

In anticipation of their sold out comedy show Friday night at Tangier, the Alan Cox Show on WMMS (100.7-FM) assailed Akron in a parody song.
To the tune of Cee Lo Green’s “Forget You,” the afternoon talk show touched on what’s to love and hate about the city with “The Akron Song (We’re a City Too).”
The two-minute song touches on Luigi’s, the Black Keys, Highland Square and the infamous odd-smelling fog in the valley.
“Although Route 8 is a mess, still rep my address, we’re a city too, whoo ooh ooh ooh.”
In a YouTube video for the song, host Alan Cox kicks off the closing refrain appropriately.
“Tumbleweeds rolling through Rolling Acres, we’re a city too, whoo ooh ooh ooh.”
