Tito hides Bourn at the bottom of the order, but he's still permitted to bat. He's grounded into a force, called out on strikes so far, but at least he hits less often this way.
Well, they walked him 4 times yesterday, but only b/c VMart doesn't hit that well now from the left side due to his surgery. It's not like you're walking him to get to the pitcher.
JR forget the exact number but Miggy has hit over .680 this year vs. Cleveland. I think it was 15-22. We damn well know those were not empty singles either.
So who, anywhere, anyhow, would you rather have hit than Cabrera against Cleveland? Sure VMart is a good hitter, even a great one, but right now it's not remotely close vs. Cleveland between the two.

Like his teammates Carrasco and Kluber an OK nothing special start for Bauer today. He's now trailing 3-2 after getting an early lead. Fanned only 2 and allowed 3 runs in 6 innings. 90 pitches so he could come back out.
And he suddenly is in line for a win as Brandon Moss whacks a 3 run bomb off lefty brought in just to fact him. 4 homers for Moss and Tribe up by 2 with the bullpen on the line to try to hold one.
We've not rallied even as late as the 6th too often; this would be a nice one to win, but there's a long way to go.
