Meanwhile, Lindor, Wolters, and Ramirez keep placing their defensive skills on highlight reels.

I DO remember they had an 8 game losing streak last year.....

For Today:

Cleveland Indians ‏@Indians 3s

Bourn-CF
Aviles-LF
Swisher-1B
Santana-3B
Raburn-DH
Cabrera-SS
Gomes-C
Murphy-RF
Johnson-2B
McAllister-RHP

I forgot Elliot Johnson played a lot of 2B. Comes in handy now.

Indians.com reports only: Jason Kipnis exited Cleveland's 6-4 loss to the Angels in the fourth inning with a right abdominal strain and will be re-evaluated Wednesday with the hope of avoiding a trip to the disabled list

If he doesn't need to be DL'd, I'd still bring up Ramirez and say good bye to my namesake Elliot.

What a difference a year makes. No enthusiasm, going through the motions, and playing like little leaguers. I've been watching the Clippers and the Ducks quite a bit this year. They are very entertaining at least.

Guess who threw a ball into centerfield sending the basestealer to third from where he scored on a sac fly?

Maybe it's time to consider converting Gomez into a 1st baseman and trying strongarmed Roberto Perez.

3=1 Angels drove in Cabrera with the game's first run. Hank Cowger with a 2 run homer and then and sb,e2,sf for run 3.

I think its about time for Francona to talk to his go-to guy. Get some advice.

That last at bat by Santana was ugly. I can't understand turning his back on a 3-2 fastball right down the heart of the plate. A wheelhouse pitch if I ever saw one.

Can't even turn to the Ducks or the Clippers tonight. Clippers aren't scheduled and the Duck game was washed out.

Nah! Giambi will find a way to pull us through this funk.
