If he stops thinking and keeps pitching he could be in good shapeI think he may have figured it out
Re: GameTime!™
13232He ran out of gas in the 6th, single, one out, hit batter and a 4 pitch walk. Coaching visit, but surprisingly he stays in.
That's a mistake. Single breaks the tie and leaves them loaded. He remains in for Gyorko. He's at 93 pitches. I guess he gets to reach 100 before he is dismissed.
But he ended the inning without any more damage. Good performance!

Re: GameTime!™
13233Not a mistake-they are going cheap with their ace so they need another pitcher he stayed in and got the guy out so maybe he is a major league pitcher and now when they dump the ace for some sore armed 18 year old they got someone to pitch.
Re: GameTime!™
13234OK, be sure to mention the single was a broken bat cheap one.
Then he gets a popout and strikeout!
Nice job, and if Bauer giving up 2 runs in 6 innings with 8 strikeouts works for me every time.

13236Dolan undoubtedly happy that Bauer looks like he may be solid member of the rotation. Had some bad luck and still had very positive results.
Re: GameTime!™
13237Johnson for Morgan was a big mistake in this ball game. I have to say, I don't care much for Johnson. He's got to be the first to go when Bourn comes back.
Unacceptable numbers from the big three so far this season, Swisher, Kipnis, and Santana. Throw in Aviles and Cabrera and you have five guys who have got to get their act together.......soon!

Re: GameTime!™
13238Johnson has a history of great ST and nothing in the regular season. Same as usual this spring.
Re: GameTime!™
13239Been out of town for awhile, now caught up on posts. I saw the last ST game on TV and they interviewed Giambi. I swear to goodness he has put on at least 15-20 pounds. His face looked like he was on prednisone. I sure hope we kept the Bartolo Colon bike because he will need it if he is to come back.
Re: GameTime!™
13240Has there been any recent report on Giambi's return date? I think they said he'll need a rehab assignment first, and that hasn't begun yet.
Re: GameTime!™
13241Zero posts here last night, zero tonight!
Indians are not looking good again tonight

Re: GameTime!™
13245Well, Ken, if someone doesn't start hitting and soon, you may be correct. Five of our top hitters are hitting .200 or less and Bourn can't hit AA pitching. It's critical that we get Giambi back soon. Tito needs help.
This division has become more competitive this season. Chicago and KC have improved significantly and the Twins will be no pushovers this year. The Tigers are still the team to beat with Cle, KC, and Chi in close pursuit.
