So one of my SPs went 7 innings, only gave up 2 runs, and he earns all of 2 points?!?
(just venting here, b/c I had anticipated a big day since I had 3 pitchers going. One was Tomlin, and the game was rained out. Then CJ WIlson and Trevor Cahill get me a combined total of 6 points! My RP, Feliz, almost doubled that with a save!)

I've done full season calculations before, and discovered every pitching inning is worth about only 2 points.

So, if you are -50, then getting back to zero would gain you 100 points. Actually, you would think it would be more, but often you can even get negative points off your pitching - so evidentally it all evens out.
