Leadoff walk. Tito with a quick hook. Good Job Tito! No matter what happens the rest of this inning, I won't be complaining about that move. Not in this situation.

Well that was very nice. Rzepczynski comes in. Santana nails Altuve trying to swipe second and then Rzepczynski strikes out the batter. Two out and Shaw on in relief.

Shaw fans Carter on a 3-2 pitch. Middle of 6 and the Tribe is clinging precariously to a 2-1 lead. Me thinks we need more runs.

Not quite what I had in mind for this inning. Aviles with a two out double but Stubbs fails to deliver. Very poor hitting approach by this team tonight. Pretty much a mirror image of last night. Oh well! We head into the seventh trying to protect a 2-1 lead.

Evidently long enough. The Gods are on our side. In a rain shortened 7-inning game, the Tribe picked up a 2-1 win on a pair of gifts ........one gift from the heavens, and one gift from the asteroids.

It seems like 2013 was just meant to be. Two wins of the tainted variety against arguably the worst team in baseball, but who gives a crap?? Just keep winning baby! Sometimes it's just better to be lucky than good.
