Kipnis is by far is the best position and most popular player on the team. I thought he was the best player last year too.

Unfortunately, I think at this point it might be best to move on from Mr Reynolds if a cheap replacement can be had. Not worth the wait if someone is dumping a salary.

Jiminez with his ERA down to a reasonable although not impressive 4.56 is nearly a run a game lower than his opposing starter, Aaron Harang, who enters the game at 5.38. Felix pitched yesterday so we miss him, and the Mariners miss Masterson.

Francona apparently emerged from beer drinking and eating fried chicken with his "team" in the locker room and decided to burp and move Swisher up in the batting order tonight.
