Definitely, but the commish (it isn't me) may end up limiting new entries so that it is sure to draft.

In other words, the league doesn't draft if it isn't full. So, if you only have 8, you can set the max at 8 and it will then draft because it is full.

Tell him to get in tonight.

PS - if he tries to get in and it's "full", I can try to text the guy who is running it to add a spot....

Know absolutely nothing about hockey. Other then I wore shorts to a Red Wings - Hurricanes game in Greensboro and froze my boys off.
